Flu Shots Online.com came into being (at least
the idea did) as I was freezing my earlobes off at 6am
while standing in a clinic parking lot....waiting for
the doors to open.
First come, first serve, it was said to be...and I darned
well intended on securing the vaccine for my senior friend who needed it.
Thing is, though, I was woefully unprepared for the reality of
standing outside in the bitter cold. Oh well, these things happen.
While removing the icicles that had formed on my glasses
(okay I'm using literary license here :-) ), I decided to
create a public service site that would give others the
tips I learned so their flu line waiting time would be far
more bearable.
